covered
Titanic’s horrific story in Kabul.
The Afghan newspaper also spoke about journalists on board. Among them Willaim Stead's work and life as journalist was spoken about.
Serajul
Akhbar was edited by Mahmud Tarzai and it was published biweekly. Titanic Story
and updates on survivals or how, when and the why factors were covered all the
way until the end of year. Tarzi a
modernist was the first who introduced Novel in Afghanistan
and translated many English and French novels to Dari.
He also
contributed in editing, translations, and modernization of the Afghan press. Mahmud Tarzai later became
Afghanistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs.
